1. Introduction

Welcome to ScrapbookGrid ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our web-based application (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Use of the Service

ScrapbookGrid is a client-side application. This means the Service runs entirely within your web browser on your local device. No data, including images or text you use, is sent to, processed by, or stored on our servers.

3. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you use within the Service, including any text, images, or other materials ("Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use your Content in connection with the Service.

The Service does not store your Content. All creations are generated and exist only on your local device. When you save a creation as a PNG or PDF, it is downloaded directly to your computer. We have no access to your Content at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ScrapbookGrid and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ScrapbookGrid, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Since your work is stored only on your local device during an active session, we are not responsible for any loss of work that may occur from refreshing the page, closing your browser, or any other action.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Faridabad, Haryana, India to resolve any legal matter arising from these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
